Delphin offers a variety of training and development programs to meet your specific needs. If you want to experience the AL method and see how it can support you, we offer one-day to three-day introductory workshops in-house that we gladly customize to your needs.

Our experience around the world partnering with companies from most key business sectors enables us to design a program for you using concrete examples of AL design and facilitation relevant to your business.

You can also attend one of Delphin’s publicly offered programs or one of the many workshops Gail gives around the country at conferences or for local chapters of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and other professional organizations.
